One banner had a light blue streak down he entire banner (as if a toner was running out - how did this pass quality control?). Products arrived within a few days however quality was very boor. On 02/07, Thomas confirmed refund will be sent back to my account. Customer service email asked if I wanted to accept the new delivery or cancel. An automatic email sent from the system at 6pm saying “your order is delayed”! It was very late on Friday, all other print shops were closed, I couldn’t find any alternatives. I called several times but couldn’t get through. On 30/06, I chased again in the morning about delivery update. Vince said he will update me on 30/06 once order is despatched. On 29/06, I asked for order update on email, no issue has been mentioned. So an invoice arrived for £19.99 which I paid straight away. If he can confirm this will happen, I am happy to pay for Saturday delivery. Vince said the order won’t arrive on 30/06 now, but if I pay for Saturday delivery it will arrived on 1/07. 27/06: I chased the order status on email, followed by a call. Vince replied 21/06 “it should be with you on 30/06”. ![]() If it can’t happen, then pls let me know, I would cancel the order. I emailed Vince immediately and said I needed the order delivered on 30/06 or 1/07 the latest. 21/06 evening: I received order confirmation from the system saying delivery is 3/07. So I placed the order and submitted artwork before 3pm and approved proof straight away. I can order under standard service for delivery on 30/06.
